Lead Game Artist

Key Responsibilities:

•  Leadership and Management: Manage and mentor game artists within the department. Foster a motivating and creative working environment.
• Art Design: Contribute to the design and development of artistic elements in the game, including 3D models, 2D graphics, animations, visual effects, and sound.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and ensure the quality of art in the game, including error checking, graphic performance optimization, and maintaining consistency in artistic style.
•  Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as game design, programming, music, and sound to ensure consistency in the game.
• Creativity and Research: Propose and research new artistic styles, technologies, and trends within the game industry.

Requirements:

• Experience in the game industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Profound understanding of 2D and 3D art, along with proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Maya, and visual effects software.
• Exceptional leadership skills and a strong ability to work effectively in teams.
• Creativity, adaptability, and a strong artistic mindset.
• Knowledge of technology and trends in the gaming field.
• Strong communication skills in English are an advantage.
